Only 19% of Americans in either party approve of our last 8 years of government. It's time to give patriotic citizens a true option. Options improve everybody! Although the AMERICAHn Nation will seem radical, it is very American. Our nation is in crisis. Inflation is high, the mortgage rates have doubled the cost of home owning for most Americans. More Americans are homeless than anytime in our history. Americans are scared and hurting. We love our Constitution. We just want to follow it as our forefathers did since 1776.

The AMERICAHn Nation
Who we are. An AmericAHn is any one who believes in the following Inalienable Rights given by our Creator and written in our USA Constitution by God ordained forefathers. Our Creator is Almighty YAH, as in AHleleuYAH. He is pure love, freedom and divine justice (AH). God founded 75% the Constitution of the USA through American patriots. He created us to be free of European Empire religions and gods. We believe in these Primary Seven Sacred Rights of The AmericAHn Nation. This is our literal interpretation of our best of the US Constitution. We choose to be the world’s first pure democracy.
1) The Right to Worship God as we choose. Most of us believe in Almighty YAH, Creator of the universe, the earth and mankind. We hold the Right to spiritual and religious freedom. Government shall make no law concerning the establishment and practice of spiritual faith or religion or its lands or houses of worship as long as it does no harm to other citizens.
2) The Right to Personal Freedom. Every person has a Right to be born, to education, to love, to good healthcare, to work for profit and to preserve their profit. Government shall have no right to murder, to enslave or to monopoly. Every existing government would be better with a Godly (YAHly) competing option. The AmericAHn Nation is that option for God-loving working citizens. AmericAHns may use any currency but our national currency will be the original AmericAHn Eagle backed by a set amount of land or gold. One AmericAHn Eagle (One AmericAHn Ounce of pure gold) is currently worth US $2500 or ¼ acre of prime farm land. AmericAHns may sell 1% up to 10% of their farmland to the AMERICAHN NATION.Gov to back the AmericAHn Eagle. They shall receive a 7% APR in gold or US dollars if they prefer a 7, 10, or 20 year payout for their land.
3) Every citizen has a Right to own their own non-depreciating money or gold, land or home. Government may not tax our homes nor our home land up to 1 acre surrounding our home. Citizens have the Right to freely use 90% of their income after basic living needs. Government shall not tax a citizen more than 10% of their income after the first 10 AmericAHn Eagles ($25,000 US, or equivalent) of income. Excess Social Security (SS) must be paid to citizens or paid to children of citizens when deceased. SS payment is 10% of income. SS benefits will not be diminished from current levels. We will ask for the full back payment of stolen SS funds for every American who joins the AmericAHn Nation.Gov.
4) Trial by Jury is an inalienable Right for any citizen who asks for one if the conflict is worth at least AmE 1 ($2500 US). We will use E-juries when ever possible. (The often used Washington-politicans objection is that this would clog the courts. Yet the courts have made no effort to use the internet for e-court which could reduce jury time down to only 2% of what it takes today. Judges do not want their power replaced by a jury. No where are judges given authority over our Amendment Rights!) Most judges are enemies of the USA.
5) Every county has the Right to elect its own leaders but also to vote on its own application laws to the Constitution laws. Elected leaders shall NOT change the Constitution at all! Congress shall be dismissed and shall no longer have a right to make its own laws. The AmericAHn people shall vote on all laws.
6) Government cannot declare war. Any war must have a 77% approval of its citizens to declare war. The President or VP and 25% of county leaders must lead on the front lines, in a rotation every month in any war.
7) All government profits shall be shared equally with working AmericAHn citizens yearly. Our present Biden government makes $17,700 dollars annually per each US citizen! Yet it shares at best one stimulus payment if we are lucky! The AmericAHn Nation Government pledges to share all profits with its citizens, but not the political fat cats that get it now. You may purchase up to 100 shares of AmericAHn Nation Inc stock. Shares are presently trading at .01 AmE (or $25 US) per share.
